I had a dream that was both great an horrible, great because I got to visit Biola and see my roommate! Horrible, because when I came to consciousness I realized it wasn’t true. I hate those dreams…but I also like them.

today was nice. Work was slow, and when it gets slow everybody does my job for me, so I fold napkins. Anyway I decided three things:
1. I should join a running club (which I looked into, Durham has a quaker running club. It conflicts with the schedual though, to bad.)
2. Get cd’s a library to teach me spanish (everyone at work speaks spanish but me and ben)

exploration update
the 9th street exploration went great!!! I allowed myself to be lost for a while (which I have found that I have often done and take much pleasure from) and then found my way to 9th street, where I hit up a great world fair trade store, along with some artsy botiquish places. It was a perfect day for a bike ride, sunny blue clear sky and slightly brisk. I had a great find, and a small store jammed...

I’ve decided to go exploring today. The destination is 9th st. on Duke campus. If I spend too much time in this house a lone, I think I may go insane, or either go depressed, neither of which I’d like to try. So we will see what happens when I get back!

It is getting cold here. My house mate said it started to feel like autumn this week, I thought it started to feel like winter. I think California has had an effect on me. I enjoyed today. I helped at St.Josephs and it was fun. I went with Freya to pick up the food, and we had to wait a while, so we went up stairs to listen to the gospel choir practice.
